I was based at Fraser as a photographer when the Fleet Photographic Unit was there in the mid 1960's.  However I have very little memory of the place (mental block) We lived in wooden huts in the moat of the Fort and the photographic unit was on top of the moat.  Amazingly I never thought to take any photos of the place itself.
We went out by tilly to various units in the Portsmouth area and then back to base to process.  So I suppose it never occurred to any of us.
So does anyone out there remember the place, was based there or have any photos of it?  I cannot find anything online!
