My Mum (Doris Green) in the Nissan hut that she and my Dad PO Austin Green, Air Artificer (ex RAF Halton apprentice) lived in right after the war when he was stationed in Arbroath. He cut a hole into the side of it and apparently "found" some windows that were being under-utilised and needing to be re-purposed.

I'm sure the image of the Kingfisher is actually taken at HMS Condor II, Stannergate, Dundee. Arbroath did not have any slipways to water.
Also I find the airfield details strange. Condor had (has) 5 runways, not 4. There are two 08/26 runways, L and R, one being much shorter. This one has a dummy deck painted on it. It is clearly visible on the airfield image.
