My Father was Maurice John Bell, he was a TAG in 848 and possibly in Avenger JZ102 piloted by McClintock which crashed into Puget Sound. To know exactly someone would either need to know if this was the only such crash in Puget Sound (in which case he was in it), or have a copy of the Aircraft manifest. Sadly I do not have his log-books. Maurice is on the far right of the attached photo. Unfortunately I do not know who the other chaps are.

My father, Phil Stone, was a radio mechanic on the Trumpeter. He always found it too painful to talk about his experiences. I would love to see any photos anybody may have of the Trumpeter. Sadly, he died in 2012, with Alzheimers, two days after Pariament's announcement of the issue of Arctic medals. My mother applied for the medal.

My late father in law Eric Warren served on HMS Trumpeter as an Able Seaman - arctic convoy. He used to work with batteries I believe. Was subsequently injured in a torpedo attack and ended up in hospital never to return to his ship. Any photos would love to see. I have a good quality group photo.

My Grandfather Dennis Sullivan was an Able Seaman aboard HMS Trumpeter -I have several photos he took aboard: Ship life,aircraft,AA weapons, a few islands burials and a couple of very interesting shots taken by one of the pilots during a raid.
