March 1953 - March 1957



No. 1835 squadron officially re-formed at RNAS Culham on March 280th1953 as an RNVR squadron by redsignating 1832B squadron as 1835. Together with 1832 and 1836 RNVR squadrons they formed the Southern Air Division of the RNVR. All three squadrons shared common pool of aircraft; at that time these were Sea Fury T.20 and FB.11. [No.1832A & 1932B had formed at Culham on October 1st 1952, being elevated to full squadron status as 1836 and 1835 respectively in March 1953.]
